Re-Enrollment Fee (returning students):

$100 for the first and second child. $50 for the third child (deadline is February 28.)

This fee will not exceed $250 per family.

The non-refundable registration fee is due by February 28.

Once this fee is paid in full, the student’s place in the classroom will be secured.

Students not re-enrolled by February 28 will not receive a discount on the registration fee.

Registration Fee (new students):

$200 per student for the first and second child. $50 for the third child.

This fee will not exceed $450 per family and covers the cost of processing a new student’s records, interview, and costs associated with enrolling the new student.

This is refundable only if the student is denied admission to NBA.

Student Book/Resource Fee:

Kindergarten - $225;

1st through 4th grade students-$450;

5th through 6th grade students -$400;

7th through 8th grades - $325;

9^th grade students-$375; 

10th through 12th grade students - $450

This non-refundable fee is due July 1, 2025. This fee covers all textbooks/tests used in the classroom.

Tuition:

Tuition can be paid in full to receive a discount (see below) or can be divided into TEN monthly payments (August through May).

Monthly payments are due the 15^th of each month.

K5 (full day)                             $4,575 or $457.50/month

1st Grade - 11th Grade          $4,500 or $450/month

12^th grade                                $4,625 or $462.50/month

Multiple Child Discount:

Families with more than one student enrolled are eligible for a discount of 15% off additional children.

Full Payment Discount:

Families who pay the entire tuition amount by August 15^th may be eligible for the Full Payment Discount, which is 15% off the yearly tuition rate. This must be completely paid by August 15^th. Advance payments are non-refundable except for military transfers or extreme emergencies deemed necessary by the Administration.

Church Members

Tithing members of Northview Baptist Church are entitled to a $25 per month discount plus one of the above discounts.

Withdrawal Fee:

$350 per student

You are enrolling your child for the entire year; therefore, budgets and teacher contracts are set accordingly. The early withdrawal of a student creates openings that NBA may not be able to fill. Students who withdraw between July 1, 2025, and March 31, 2026, will be assessed a withdrawal fee unless withdrawal is due to military orders or requested by the administration.

Miscellaneous Fees:

Late Fee: 

$50 For payments received after the 22nd.

Late Pick Up Fee:

$5 per fifteen minutes

Students should be picked up within 15 minutes of their dismissal time.

Sports Fee:

$100 per sport

Standardized Testing Fee:

$60 per student

Returned Check Fee:

$30

Graduate Transcript Fee:

Graduates will be charged a $7.50 fee per transcript requested.

(Two will be provided at no charge. Fee begins with 3rd transcript.)
